To launch this new Apple credit card, the Cupertino technology giant worked with Goldman Sachs and MasterCard.
With MasterCard’s worldwide pay network, “Apple’s credit card is accepted worldwide,” said Apple Pay’s vice president, Jennifer Bailey, during the product launch in Cupertino California.
Apple’s Credit Card Has Been Launched, It Will Be Accepted Worldwide
Apple says their credit card will make it easier for their users to track where they spend money using Apple Maps.
They also said that the privacy of the users is their main purpose and they will not know what you have bought and from where.
The same iPhone security chip that Apple Pay handles will store the data on Apple’s credit card, and Goldman Sachs will not share or sell user data to third parties.
Apple credit card incentives:-
Attractive financial incentives include, without commissions (internationally or above the limit), low interest rates and the company will reward extra points on each purchase. This means you will receive a 2% refund for purchasing any item with the Apple card.
In addition, you don’t have to pay a single penny as a “late” payment for your payments, and you can repay the amount in weekly or monthly installments as deemed appropriate.
Apple is also developing a real credit card of titanium, which will not have long card numbers, signatures or possible identification information of any kind.
You can use your card without fear of being stolen at any store because all your information is within your Wallet program.
For now, we don’t know much about the features of Apple’s credit card, what it can do and what, but we’ll know soon.
