Imam, a regular feature on Pakistan’s ODI and Test side, made his international debut on the T20. However, his latest addition to the issue may be a release paid by the young opener to make his point.
Imam, who was not selected in the original concept in November last year, will join Zalmi today as his 21st player.
It will also be his debut in the lucrative league, as the first 23-year-old game has never appeared on PSL.
So far, the young opening cricket has scored 853 runs in the 29 T20 matches in his career, averaging 40.61, with a maximum of 67.
