However, with the minister’s statement, it seems that the government has decided to make amendments to the PPC to make forced disappearance a recognizable crime.
She revealed it in a tweet that read: “After two weeks, our ministry developed interministerial meetings of interested parties to develop a consensus on crime committed through PPC remuneration, drafted and sent to the Ministry of Justice. their human rights obligations.
