This is the complete detail that is given for public money utilization process in Punjab School. This will be sent from PMIU to every District of Punjab School Education Department.

Instruction regarding Utilisation of Public Money and Commercial Accounts under Preview of Administrative Department Please refer to the School Education Letter No. SO (G-II) 1- 17/2018/Misc dated 25th June 2018 on the subject cited above (copy enclosed). 2.
To comply with the instruction of SED/administrative department, all the DMOs are required to obtain the bank statements of all school councils’ commercial banks accounts along with cash balance as on 1st July 2018. 3.
It is further required to prepare a list of all schools, showing following details (School Name, EMIS code, the title of Bank Account, Account No, and closing balance as on 1 July 2018 in excel format).
The list must be supported with valid bank statements confirming closing balances of each bank account as on 1st July 2018 appearing in the said list. The above-referred list along with bank statements must reach this office before 8 July 2018 for further submission to SED.
Kindly refer to the subject noted above. 2. I am directed to forward herewith a copy of letter No. FD-DS(Coordination)/Misc/2018 dated 22-06-2018 received from DS (Coord) ED and to request to ensure that no Public Money is parked in commercial accounts. 3. To ensure compliance of above instructions, it is requested that bank statement of the commercial accounts of school councils along with cash balance as on 1 July 2018 may be obtained through DMOs and furnished on the top priority basis.
