Twitter has issued a warning to its users about the latest viruses circulating on the platform, which can leave them out of your account.
The fraud has been round since Monday. What this means is that users’ feeds will be more “colorful” if they change their year of birth into their profile after 2007.
Warning:This Twitter Prank Is to Block People From Their Accounts
A Tweet that calls this trick has been put back 13,000 times, but the only thing that changes color after the birth year has changed is the face of the user, who can no longer join his account.
Changing your birth year to 2007 makes you 12 years old, while Twitter’s rules don’t allow people under 13 to have an account on the platform. This will block users from their accounts.
In the midst of all this chaos, Twitter Support considered it necessary to warn users about the joke. The tweet said, “We’ve noticed a joke to get people to change their Twitter birthday in their profile until 2007 to unlock new color schemes. Don’t do it, you’ll be blocked for less than 13 years.”
If your account was locked after changing your Twitter birthday to 2007, please follow the instructions that were sent after the change was made to your account.

The support channel has led users even more to restore access to their accounts. Users need to contact Twitter support and submit an identity document issued by the government to verify their actual age.
